Barb’s grandson. Full-time employee on Dave’s payroll managing the Sullivan timberland. Construction planning and on-site execution for the tower build — Eli leads the build, reporting to Barb. Also on-site labor partner for the septic completion. Staffs the lookout as part of his timberland-management duties once the tower is operational.
