✅ Permit — DONE
- Polk County issued septic permit 687-26-000161-PRMT on June 1, 2026. Contact: Christina Tisdell, 503-623-9237. No more permit calls needed — it’s in hand.
✅ Eli’s first inventory pass — DONE
- Eli walked the site May 30, 2026 and photographed the materials on hand (PVC pipe, perforated drainfield pipe, concrete distribution box, fittings). See the Septic System page.
👉 Cody’s site walk — NEXT
- Owner: Dave coordinates; Cody visits
- When: Soon — Cody has said he’ll drop by
- What: Walk-through. Confirm what we have against the permitted design, call out what’s missing (drain rock, couplings, etc.). Decisions get logged. Cody has also offered his excavator (24" and 30" buckets) for the trenching.
Begin the install

- When: As soon as the site walk + materials list is settled
- What: Trench the 150-ft serial drainfield (Cody’s excavator), then lay the distribution box, laterals, and transport piping.
Mid-work review with Cody and Russell
- Owner: Eli arranges
- When: Partway through the install
- What: Catch our mistakes before they’re buried.
Finish the install

- What: Backfill, restore site, prep for inspection.
Polk County inspection
- Owner: Dave or Eli requests
- When: Within Polk County’s scheduling window after install is complete
- What: Sign-off.
Tower construction resumes
